To ensure a collaborative and thoughtful space for attendees, MYNDDSET guided the Radius Leaders team through the MYNDDSET Event Design Canvas. This process walks event owners through an established process to gain alignment around event stakeholders and audience, the entering and exiting behaviors of attendees, and ultimately the desired outcome of the event.

Upon completing this process, MYNDDSET designed and produced a virtual convening of nursing leaders and industry experts. During the experience, attendees were challenged to provide collective and individual feedback around the Radius Leaders model. Through a series of breakout sessions and collaborations, key challenges and opportunities of nursing leaders were discussed ultimately helping to inform and build a strengthen Radius Leader Nurse Leader Training Model.

• Challenges: Low industry awareness of best practices for nurse leader development; Existing training models have low adoption rates in hospitals and practices nation-wide.

• Outcomes: Built a connected community; Strengthened training model and developed a new approach to nurse leadership; Inclusive resources developed.
